The Atletico Lenca Fútbol Team is owned by CODET in La Esperanza, Honduras. Dr. Carol Cross is now Director of Development and International Representative of Atletico Lenca. She will be moving to Honduras in July of 2005 to work with the team.
The team is managed and coached by Hondurans experienced in soccer for many years. They have developed and nurtured this team to its present level. They have been in Division two for three years.
