The AfroCarib Cup and The La Ceiba Football Academy - The Young African Player's Doorway To Play With Atletico Lenca, Our Young Team With Its Goal Of Winning the Intercontinental Cup
The head coach of a football academy will determine
the quality of training players will have. In addition to
academy full time courses, coaching clinics, camps and
tournaments will need to be developed and led. So the
leadership of the head coach is all important. The La Ceiba
Football Academy is very luck in getting Coach Dan Gaston as head
coach.
Professional soccer athletes play two 45 minute halves. That means that a world class player will be running for more than 90 minutes. To go through a Soccer Masters Training Session requires the following physical activities:
There is a tremendous amount of physical fitness required to become a Soccer Master. Each session requires the athlete to make these and other moves All Soccer Masters know how to play soccer well by constantly these upgrading body skills. Within these body skills may be found these ideals.
While the body skills are the key to playing the game for every soccer athlete, to be a Soccer Master requires the optimal use of the mind. A Soccer Master is a master of the plays and formations of soccer. A Soccer Master will read, watch tapes, watch games and critique both individual play and team interaction. In addition, each sock level requires the Soccer Master to not only learn the physical skills of soccer but the history of the game, philosophy of the WesHemisphere Soccer Culture, vocabulary of soccer, formations and information about the game.
So the Soccer Master may need to succeed in developing these components in their life:
To be a Soccer Master requires you to develop character. A Soccer Master is a leader, a self esteem builder, a community builder and a person who understands their role in the developing LigaAmericás Fútbol World culture. Soccer Masters learn not to be Mind Clonish or prejudiced. They are dedicated to learning how to deal with both losing and winning and still maintaining the self esteem of all. It means building community. It means developing leadership skills. It means developing persistence, honor, loyalty, strength of characters.
Soccer Master focus on learning to fight to win, to support your fellow team and group members. They gain the skills of fair play and it means practicing each time you go out to your ultimate capabilities. It means practicing for life, applying the character traits you learn in the program to your regular life. It means building self esteem in family members and helping your community. To be a Soccer Master means becoming a person who can be respected, admired and trusted.
So the Soccer Master may need to develop, plan and implement these activities:
The inner athlete component of the Soccer Master program is based on controlling the inner and outer environment of a soccer player. While it is an integral part of all our programs we offer a special program for players who have the physical and mental skills of soccer but who do not yet possess the self esteem, the character skills, the inner toughness to play "the Beautiful Game" at their Peak Performance.
Potentiating the inner athlete combines physical, mental and character development. It includes soccer practices and skills development, with inner belief changing modules and self instruction.
