Dr. Cross Has Had Experience in Belize 

  She has lived in mud huts with campesinos and in the mansions of the elite.  She knows the many lagoons waiting for water based  projects on the Coast of Belize, Guatemala and Southern Mexico.  She can take you to Vera Cruz where coastal lands are just waiting to be developed. And it is just a skip and a hop from Cancun.  The Western coast of Guatemala is totally undeveloped. And Guatemala had over 2 1/2 visitors just through the airport alone last year.

  She can take you to Belize City and Belmopan,  where many local sightseeing projects, including national parks with endangered species, awaits development.  She can take you to southern Mexico where pine trees tower over the mountains that are just waiting for mountain biking, boarding and paragliding.  

  She can take you to parts of Guatemala, where once mahogany trees grew in dense forests.  Now only sorghum grows because it is too dry for corn.  This area is crying out for the development of carbon credit forest projects or any other kind of restoration forestry or tree-planting ecotourism project.

  Try visiting the famous city of Vera Cruz and environs, the center of AfroHeritage cultura in Central America, made famous in the movie Vera Cruz. There are people living in Mexico City who do not even know this state exists.  But don't go to these countries alone.  Make sure Dr. Cross, who has lived with the people goes with you to pave the way.

  When you buy a property in a country like Belize the potential for profit is extremely high. Low cost labor. Beautiful land, trees, mountains, waterfronts.  But who really owns the land you are looking at?
