We give our Soccer Masters a high touch program through our unique program based on the Power of Eyes and The Power of Words.
What do our children feel when we look at them? What is the effect of the presence of The Eyes Of The Coach" on the child. What is the self esteem development model and how does it apply to your relationship with your child? How is self esteem energy shared within our schools family. How we build your childs self esteem by listening, sharing, looking and being with your child.
We will teach each Soccer Master how to keep a Personal Triumph File to teach the child to see his or her inner goodness.
Our Program is being developed as a youth empowerment program. Those who complete the program have a good chance to become professional level soccer players. In addition, there is a great deal of emphasis on learning the skills of character building, leadership and community building. We will be developing youth leaders. The Youth Leadership program will be led by Christopher Watkins, a competitive level defender.
As soon as a Soccer Master achieves level 7 or the yellow sock level, they are eligible to enter the Instructor/Leaders Program. Instructor/Leaders wear a special patch on their T-Shirts and are giving special training in soccer skills as well as leadership skills.
The beautiful thing about soccer it s that it can be experienced at many levels:
That of a fan who loves the games with great passion
the spouse or friend of a fan who loves them enough to go to games
The parent of a child who is crazy about soccer
A parent or adults who cares about children and is willing to serve as a volunteer coach or referee
Youth who want to play soccer for the joy of the game
Soccer lovers who seek to market the sport and develop the sports so many more people have access to playing and enjoying it
parents who want to use soccer as a tool for reconnecting and building deeper community with their children
Soccer youth who want to see a more peaceful world and are willing even at a young age to develop the skills of leadership within the soccer community worldwide.
Do you have a true passion for soccer? Is it what you think about most of the time? Do you watch soccer on TV. Do you play both indoor and outdoor soccer? Is your goal to play in college and in the pros? If soccer is your passion, your life. Your focus, and your sport? If so, this is the camp for you. Here in Honduras you will see soccer being played in the streets, on corner lots, by children, by men. you will go to see at least one match being played by national level teams. You will see how the people of Latin America love soccer. And you will add a whole new dimension to your game.
Week One - Conditioning, skills training, game rules
Week Two - Ball Handling, Running and Ball Control
Week Three - Team Play and Plays
Week Four - Games, Tournament, Soccer Skill Shoot, Testing and Competition
Evenings will be spent with your host families and sightseeing in the community.
This program is for young people who are willing to master soccer, learn the skills of community building, self esteem propagation, change inner beliefs about other cultures and become leaders in our goals of developing a peaceful world. Those who understand that there is always a commons - a place where agreement can begin. There is always a place to stand where we can begin a dialog, a communication. That place for us is the worldwide soccer community.
Two Competitive camps are offered in 2005, with leadership skills development. We will invite young soccer players from within the Western Hemispheres to work together, play soccer, learn the skills of planning and management and develop a plan for the integration of Western hemisphere soccer.
