Strategic Communication through the incorporation of self esteem propagation combined with the creation of customer bonding and linking systems will be your key to increased tourism business success in the New Millennium. The USA and the world is becoming a Soccer Tourism marketplace.

Multicultural customers as well as workers are demanding to be treated with respect. Building the self esteem of your diversity workers is the key to increased productivity, job satisfaction and loyalty to your firm. Bonding and linking with your diversity customers is your key to creating lifelong customers. It costs six times more to gain a new customer than its costs to keep the customer you already have. And diversity customers tend to be loyal when cultivated properly. That's a real impact on your bottom line.

Managing in a multicultural environment requires today's executives to understand how diversity populations think, feel, react and respond. How do you profit from these non linear thinkers who may be brilliant, dedicated and loyal yet come from a different world view. How to get inside their skins, so you can understand how best to profit from their unique ideas, skills, concepts and creativity? You let your managers role-play how it feels to be from another culture. ISAI offers full immersion, diversity, role-playing workshops in our own cyberspace landscape called Arboleña, to be held in wilderness areas and in Honduras in our mountain cloud forest executive retreat center.

Because the USA and our world is becoming a global economy, there is a great deal of movement of professionals from one country to another. This is the first time in history so many different competent professionals have met on a level playing field. But the playing field is not level, because the level of communication facility is different in different cultures. As a result, especially in the large Fortune 1000 and 500 corporation, the problems of integrating an ever more diverse workforce is escalating.

One key problem is the ability to communicate well aStrategic values, in the World Interface Language (WIL) English. Even more pressing is the need for integrating the building of community within work groups made up of diverse cultural backgrounds as well as the need for mutual respect and self esteem propagation.

This calls for Strategic Communication skills capabilities for tourism businesses. To meet this need that will grow ever larger in the 21st century, ISAI is developing a certification program. This program will be developed for both on site training as well as online. These certified ISAI Strategic Communication Professionals will be able to take courses both online and in their own organizations in early 2003.
