What is the purpose of the Seminar?
This is a public seminar arranged by the Strategic Communication Center
under the framework of activities by ISAI's outreach Center. Racial tensions are growing as the production population dynamics change in the Western hemisphere. Hate groups are growing, utilizing the internet to spread their worldview. As more and more people of color come into the Western Hemisphere and concurrently mainstream groups preach hatred of these growing populations, inevitably we will be moving toward conflict between these two groups. In order to prevent danger confrontations, it is vital to establish a framework for keeping lines of communication open.The Strategic Communication Center is a membership organization that coordinates Rapprochement Communication activities within the community, through the internet and through its membership and customer base.
It is an organization focused on facilitating the expanding of permitteds of all people which will lead to world peace.
A key component of the Institute's outreach centers on the mission of Cross Cultural Communication is to help people deal with the light speed changes we experience in our lives as our small businesses and corporations become integrated into the worldwide Global Economy. We will support them as they enter into the Global Workforce so they understand what Mind Clones are.
Through our seminars, workshops and other programs, users of our programs will find out how Mind Clones affect our ability to work with our fellow employees of different races, ages, genders, etc. Ultimately through our workshops, role playing programs, articles, books, multimedia programs and the Arboleña worldspace users will discover innovative ways so we change our inner beliefs about these different Mind Clones. As we integrate our different experiences, education, cultural backgrounds, values, worldviews and ideas we increase our competitiveness through Synergistic .
Another area of interest of the Institute is developing learning programs for offshore production workers so they have the skills needed to succeed in the Global Workforce. This is accomplished by the creation of the Global Workforce Success Culture, an internet based learning and support program for people of color, immigrants and women.

SHORT SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION PAPER
Is your organization in the throes of transforming to the Global Workforce through its activities in the Global Integrated Production Conduit? Are your US business staff having trouble adjusting to offshore production workers? Do you want and need to do something now before a crisis arises? How do you get your employees to change their inner beliefs about other Mind Clones? Is compliance demanding you do something now? There are a variety of ways to bring Cross Cultural Communication to your firm from seminars and workshops to the development of certified Cross Cultural Communication Professionals.
Evolution is a way of life in the workplace. 50 years ago, the workers were white, Anglo Saxon Males. Then in the last 30 years women have entered the workforce in drove. But that was easy to deal with. These are American women, educated in American schools, sharing American values.
But now a sea change of unprecedented nature is occurring in the workforce of US and multinational corporations. Look around at your workforce. Look even closer for the people who have inquired about employment at your firm. Then try one of the technical personnel supply firms. Ask them about what the ethnic composition of available workers in their files. Even more, ask them what the country of origin of these available professionals and technical personnel are.
Then you will understand that in the next ten years, you will be staffing your professional and technical staff from minorities from the USA., immigrants from every country in the world, offshore production workers. This is the Global Workforce.
Because the USA and our world is becoming a global economy, there is a great deal of movement of professionals from one country to another. This is the first time in history so many different competent professionals have met on a level playing field. But the playing field is not level, because the level of communication facility is different in different cultures.
As a result, especially in the large Fortune 1000 and 500 corporation, the problems of integrating an ever more diverse workforce is escalating. One key problem is the ability to communicate well across cultural values, in the World Interface Language (WIL) English. Even more pressing is the need for integrating the building of community within work groups made up of diverse cultural backgrounds as well as the need for mutual respect and self esteem propagation.
This calls for a Strategic Communication based system of Cross Cultural Communication skills capabilities for businesses. Some questions we will answer include: What is diversity? I’ve heard about something called Mind Clones. What are they and why do I have to worry about them? What is the Mind Clone Spectrum of Acceptance? Are your US business staff ready to interact positively on the Mind Clone Spectrum of acceptance with offshore production workers? What kinds of Mind Clones Do We Have To Deal with? Does Each Mind clone have the same components?
