FBE = Family Business Enabler 

Family = The family consists of all your relatives, your mother, father, sister, bother, cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, all your close and distant relatives, anyone who shares your blood. This definition of family includes all members of your extended family.

Optionally you may choose to become a part of a choice family instead of your birth family. The family may be the result of marrying into another family or even joining and forming a group of people who share the same ideals and goals.

Family Business = The art of buying, making, growing, or producing raw material and selling and marketing them in the marketplace. A business has the profit motive of producing or purchasing items for less than they could sell for.

The goal of a family business is to create loyal, lifetime buyers who actively seek to share the buying experience with his friends and family. He/she wants others to share in the pleasurable experience, which make them be in the know- as expert and superior.

ISAI FBE - A ISAI FBE is a kind of consultant with a family business. He/she works to build self esteem in family members. S/he is the source of information being the information conduit. He/she uses self esteem building methods at all times. He/she does not seek to be president or be in front of the family business. The ideal ISAI FBE seeks to expand the family business, move the family company into ancillary production and market areas for expansion. He/she is a catalyst for sustainable development and is dedicated to creating an export based entrepreneurial culture as the information conduit within his family.

Family Business = A business corporation which consists of members of your family. The family plans together, pools resources, shares ideas and supports the business. Family members operate and manage the business.

What Investment Do You Need To Make?

The Family Business Enabler Program is an important part of ISAI's outreach to quadruple the Gross National Product of Developing Countries.  It is designed to create educated, creative and dedicated family and community consultants.  As a result, this program will involve a tremendous amount of support and time from Dr. Cross personally and staff members.  Each FBE will be given an individualized personal business support package.

It will require certification and membership in the FBE organization.  It will require that FBE be dedicated to sustainable development in their country. And it will require a commitment to excellence, to providing the state of the art support and dedication to their families.

Not every person who applies to this program will be accepted.  It will require a special person, one who is willing to learn and apply the skills of "leading without authority".  It will require that FBE respect the authority of the Elders of their family and community. It will require they are continously in contact with ISAI for new training and new ideas for developing their family business.  And the FBE must be willing to dedicate themselves to helping their family at the same time they help themselves.

You will need to dedicate your body, your time, your heart and your spirit to this program.  

The monetary investment is extremely small when you look at the level of support you get. The cost to become certified in the FBE program alone is $1670.  The cost for the FBE membership, course and support program, to receive membership in FBE organization and get the ongoing support packages is only US$4500.  For this you get:

To be certified as a FBE requires that you take either the online courses or on site courses in Honduras at the LEEAF Academy being put in place in Honduras.  To find out how you can become certified and develop a Three Way Joint Venture FBE project in your country, CLICK HERE to go to LEAFF Certification Page.  Then you must become a member ISAI as a Family Business Enabler.  This membership must be maintained throughout your tenure as a FBE.

As a Certified Family Business Enabler, you are entitled to qualify as a FBE Marketing Associate. A Certified FBE Marketing Associate is authorized to market the FBE program.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Consultant and my consulting firm is currently working on several large projects in China including high tech manufacturing, environmental remediation, power production, and agricultural.
