International Clearance

Players who come to Honduras after their fourteenth (14th) birthday will be asked to fill out and sign a form (together with their parents) stating whether or not they have signed a professional contract or received money from a profession team for playing. If the answer is no, that form will stay with the RAHF. If the answer is yes, that player has signed a professional contract or received money for playing, that player must follow the regular international clearance procedures below.

All players who come to the United States who turned seventeen (17) years of age by January 1 of the year they arrive, must complete and submit to USSF an international clearance form per FIFA rules before playing for a team in this country (Stembrecher, 10/2l/99).

Because of internet insecurity in many African countries, no applications can be sent by email. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT. SENDING APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT BY DHL IS PROBABLY YOUR BEST OPTION.
