The flat fee for writing a business plan ranges from $5,000 to $10,000+, with the fee dependent upon the scope and complexity of the plan. Half the fee is required in order to begin writing the plan

If you have already written a business plan, please let me review before you present it to an investor.  I will give you some clear guidelines on how to improve it including the basic criteria that most investors are seeking.  I will give you the things you need to delete, add or modify.

Paying For Your Kenaf Plan

We accept payments by cashier check, company check, wire transfer or PayPal, which accepts credit and credit/debit card payments. After we negotiate your contract fees and payment, we will assist you through the payment of fees.  When using PayPal, there is a $30 charge, above the negotiated fees for each transaction.

Installment Payments

If your fee is $2000 or less, immediate payment in full before work commences.  Under no circumstances will any part of the work be delivered before full payment.

If the fee is $2000 or more, you may pay 40% at the beginning of work, 40% at projected midpoint of the time line for completion and 20% before receipt of final draft of the plan.

To whom it may concern,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Consultant and my consulting firm is currently working on several large projects in China including high tech manufacturing, environmental remediation, power production, and agricultural.

I am closely affiliated with one of the partners of a Chinese venture group that is currently in the process of securing up to 1 million acres in several provinces for the purposes of growing and processing Kenaf.

The project is a joint venture between the private group and Chinese government offices in the respective provinces.

The purpose of this email is to begin the process of sourcing the initial 500K - 1 million lbs of seeds (of various varieties) necessary for the first phase of the project. Once available quantities and supply capabilities have been established, the group is prepared to enter into a contract for purchase according to agreed upon terms.

The venture group is also interested in securing an exclusive supply contract to China upon confirmation of bona fides and confidences between both parties.
