	Answer the question - are you still good enough to play in a professional team and in what country should you begin, and how long can you play
	Accept the fact that you may not be a starter on a team
	Accept the fact that you may not be able to make a first division team so you decide if you want to play in lower divisions
	Provide you with a list of potential soccer teams and their athletic requirements
	Player travels to Honduras(at his own expense) for a one month retraining with Guerrereos de Relampago, Atletico Esperanzano, , or the La Ceiba Football Academy) for evaluation ( room and board provided). This training will be handled by Dr. Cross and will require a player to follow the Larry Bird training example
	Develop a career plan that includes professional play, followed by coaching, team management, ownership of soccer camps, starting a soccer academy
	Offering a sponsorship guide to get local businesses to support you while you begin your playing career
	Prepare a written Player Potential Report that can be tailored and reprinted for individual teams
	Signing of Agency Contract
	A program for future development as referee or youth team coach to stay in the world of soccer

Cost of the Older Player Package US$5500 plus cost of airfare to Honduras
