Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubators (SATBI)

Your Family, Community Or Group Can Form A SATBI

SATBIs Can Drive Sustainable Economic Development

Are you a business persons seeking to develop a successful Sports Adventure Tourism project on your land?  Are you a supplier of equipment and supplier that can be used in Enviroadventure?  Are you an investor seeking a high rate of return?  Are you already a hotel, motel, restaurant, tour give, travel company or other provided or services to Enviroadventure.  Are you a community seeking sustainable economic development?

If you are one or more of these, you need to put together  a Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubator.  A Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubatorcan bring economic development to your community and to your lucrative profits to your business.

However, a small tourism business can be successfully developed in a area with a project made up of 6 or more different activities organized into a SATBI.

In a SATBI, a business may consist of six or more small scale projects brought together into one site.  Or a group of entrepreneurs, or a community could pull together a community SATBI.  A SATBI will usually cost from about US$50,000 up to two million US dollars to put together.  The government is usually not involved in a SATBI unless it is a community based group,  an income generating project of a local government agency, an international AID agency, or a non profit organization.  Want to see how a Community SATBI might work?

Let us take a look at what kind of SYSTEM we should select to drive sustainable economic development. The selection has to have the parameters below. SATBIs have most if not all of these parameters.

SATBIs fit the parameters for rural and urban development. A successful rural/urban development project should have sound parameters:

That is why Sports Adventure Tourism is going to be the Ecoentrepreneurial focus of the 21st century.

Sports Adventure Tourism includes sports and sports adventure combined with food production, ecotourism and other sustainable businesses.  expands it to include sustainable forestry and environmentally sound agroindustrial development.

It includes not only the production of food, but fuel energy, building materials, clothing, the development of human potential and the regeneration of the earth through tree planting for carbon sequestration.

There is only so much any one Sports Adventure Tourism Entrepreneur can do alone. Indeed, if we are to create an Sports Adventure Tourism Entrepreneurial Culture, develop Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubators or Sports Adventure Tourism Centers, and enable sustainable development, many people have to be drawn into SAT entrepreneurship.

You need to use Other People’s Work (OPW) and Other People’s Minds (OPM) if you are to become wealthy and be a Leader. That is why this course has to do with developing in your country or community a small scale (to begin with) low cost Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubators.

You find out how to get the land you need, how to build simple houses of huiscoyol, bamboo or other local materials, how to build small scale equipment and how to work with local artisans and campesinos to produce products you can sell through your SAT project.

In a SATBI you help others win too. Each of your people in the incubator creates a successful business under your tutelage and you profit from their endeavors. It’s WIN-WIN.  Learn how at the Honduras Soccer Tourism Seminars.  This course includes designing the village, laying out roads and infrastructure, developing project proposals for simple businesses like sewing, food drying, artificial flower making, crops like Black pepper, mangoes, etc.
