agriculture and forestry that lowers the losses of energy
by using and reusing raw materials and byproducts
- Workforce Development
& Urban Development - In order to create
sustainable development, the workers in industrial parks
and so called "maquilas" must have their skills
upgraded. That means it is vital to teach them
computer skills, English as a second language and work
skills. Education in literacy and productive skills
is a vital key to successful sustainable
development. Without training for those in these
urban employment areas, they will continue to penetrate
the remaining rain forests, cutting down trees and
creating deforested areas.
