Level LEEAF Practicioner II CertificationIf You Want Technical Assistance To Develop A Larger Scale Project You Must Proceed To Second Level Certification. Second Level Certification is Assessment Certification of your proposed Project. A key component is the preparation of an Prefeasibility Analysis.
Together your group will participate in joint preparation of the Offsite Prefeasibility project qualification form.

Step two is for projects that want to obtain international financing. It involves an on-site visit Prefeasibility analysis. At this level, one of our staff will make a site visit.
If you are interested in second level certification and assistance with raising international financial assistance, please let us know.
All users of our LEEAF Ecofinancing system must first proceed through First Level Certification. That means even if you want to raise a large amount of money, you must first be certified, learn the methods of environmental entrepreneurship and agree to plant trees for carbon emission as part of your project. WE ONLY SOURCE FUNDS FOR OUR OWN CERTIFIED ENVIRONMENTAL ENTREPRENEURS
