Ideas For Self Esteem Building

How to build self esteem and add self esteem units (SEUs) to your child's memory banks

Your child's self-esteem is the level of positive memory chips in his or her brain.   That means the number of positive experiences they have had with you as parents, with family and your community.   There are several ways your child gets positive memory chips in his or her brain.

things said to your child;

the way people treated his/her desires, needs and goals;

how rapidly your child's pains, fears, angers and concerns were met by the people around them;

how people's eyes, body language and words welcomed you when you came into their presence;

things you read about people of your Mind Clone;

what Mind Clone you decide is most important;

what the culture you live in says about people in that Mind Clone;

things you overheard people saying about you or your Mind Clone;

how they are treated or things you saw being done to people in your primary Mind Clone;

things you actually experienced;

the things you have said to yourself-over and over;

supportive past experiences in your Mind Plains;

the kind of signs, pictures and images found in your home;

remembrances such as calendar images found in your home;

the nature of the religious words and your belief system;

your family type and how it relates to your childhood experiences.

Here are some of the methods and techniques parents can use and offer in building a successful child.

a. Very small increments of information or skill for learning
