Sports Adventure Tourism Seminars in Arizona -  2003

Worldwide Sports Tourism

The International Sports Adventure Institute (ISAI) is dedicated to supporting the development  of Sports Adventure Tourism (SAT) businesses  for sustainable development. We offer a variety of programs, services and products. Upon completion of this Sports Adventure Tourism seminar you become an ISAI Certified Strategist in Sports Adventure Tourism (SAT Strategist).

The SAT Six Day Intensive Seminar Will be held on the Colorado River Indian Reservation

ISAI SAT Strategist Candidates Will Participate In  Soccer For Life and Red De Futbolistas de Arizona

Want to get experience while at the SAT seminars?  See how an actual project is being developed and learn by sharing in the planning and activities?  Like the idea of learning how to work with soccer enthusiasts to develop a soccer program you can take home to your community?

As a ISAI SAT Strategist Candidate, you will be invited to participate in Soccer For Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enabling Youth at Risk all over Arizona the opportunity to play soccer.  The Board of Directors of Soccer For Life hopes to raise 2 million US dollars toward the development of an indoor/outdoor soccer complex.  A key part will be the development of a youth soccer organization in Arizona for youth at risk.  Those who participate in developing the Soccer For Life youth soccer organization will receive free training in organizing sports teams.

In addition, we are developing the Red de Futbolistas of Arizona, a program designed to provide support and services to the international soccer community of enthusiasts in Arizona.

  About the SAT Seminars

This course offers landowners, entrepreneurs, and government staffers the knowhow to develop their own Sports Adventure Tourism business.  It uses a 15 Module Learning Program. These fifteen Modules contain the "Basic Sports Adventure Tourism Body of Knowledge". It gives you all the know-how transfer you need to succeed in bringing people to your country for fun, sports, adventure, economic development and profit.

Sports Adventure Tourism is a profitable method of sustainable economic development.  In the seminar you will also learn about adding profit centers such as Leucaena for livestock feed, fuelwood, agroforestry, furniture manufacture, briquetting, fertilizer, intercropping, nurse crops and carbon sequestration.

In the seminar you will learn to develop your SAT business as a family or community based Sports Adventure Tourism Business Incubator. You will learn how to build community through interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.

You will learn how to develop your SAT project as a sustainable method of economic development.  You will learn how to select the land for your project through the performance of a SATReal Analysis.  You'll get plans for simple low cost methods on how to treat your land, your wastes, your water.  You will learn the practical uses of ECOSAT Design principles.
