You Have Made The Honduras Youth Soccer Project A Success
We Expect The Children To Do Something In Return For The DonationsWhile we are willing to provide poor communities, church groups, indigenous villages with a complete set of uniforms consisting of 16 soccer shirts, 16 pairs of soccer shorts and 16 pair of soccer socks, we do want something in return. The kids in the States that collected these items worked hard. Some of them set up collection boxes, others went from door to door and other organized the materials, spending hours sorting them, washing them and getting them ready to come to Honduras. In return for these uniforms we ask the following from each group: |

Setting Up the Intibuca Youth Soccer Center Soccer For Life is planning to set up the Intibuca Youth Soccer Center for our teams we will be developing. Because of the fact that many of our Youth-At-Risk have not yet learned the social manners of those in mainstream youth leagues and soccer clubside, we feel that these youths should play among themselves until they gain better social skills. We will be teaching soccer skills, social skills and character skills such as teamwork, dealing with anger and self control. |
