The Council of Europe's European Sports Charter defines sport as -

The International Sports Adventure Institute, Inc., has partnered with the Compañia de Deportes Y Turismo in Honduras to develop the International Institute of Soccer Tourism. It's being developed in Honduras to market soccer events in the Western Hemisphere. It will include soccer events within the Western USA, Mexico, Central America and South America.
