Soccer Is Your Bridge For Better
Communication With Your Child
Would you like to communicate better with your
child?
What if there was a way to you to be involved in
something your child is deeply interested in? What if you would be able to use
this interests in that subject to give your child your values, your ideals, and
build his character at the same time you create a positive
relationship?
Soccer is the fastest growing youth sport in America.
Everyone wants to play. Your child wants to play. And when American kids play,
they want to win. What if there was a way for you to participate in your child's
gaining mastery in soccer? What if you could take an active part in his
soccer learning experience at the same time you are able to share your values
and ideals to your child, your character? What if you were to become an active
part of your child’s life as he or she is gaining skill in the most popular
sport in the USA?
What if you are in a parents soccer club where you
learned how to hold your child's interest in learning soccer as a sport?
What if you, through sharing soccer with your child, was able to guide his
character, stimulate his school work, and help him develop interpersonal
communication skills? What if soccer became your communication link, your place
of mutual interest with your child?
I’m not talking about a soccer program where the
coach's tell you hands off. That your child is his property once he is on the
practice field . I’m talking about a program where you are needed, where your
positive interpersonal relationship can grow and you can learn more and more
about motivating and working with your child.
What if the soccer program helped you to become a
better parent by sharing with you how you can build your child's self
esteem? What if through the website you could learn how to give positive
feedback and reinforcement to your child success?
Does this sound like something that could help you
come closer to your child?
In the free online
Soccer Parents Club program, parents are
shown how, are empowered, even required to actively participate in helping their
children learn the skills of soccer at the same time they gain leadership
skills. Parents are needed. This is a family soccer program.
Your child's soccer team is not a baby sitting
program. We do not want you to drop off your child except in rare emergencies.
Actually we discourage it.
Because if you are not there when your child is
learning, how will you know what to reinforce at home? All our parents have
several options during the child practice time that involved potentiating the
child.
You could take the opportunity at least one day per
week to complete the Soccer Master Skills Achievement for your child. See for
yourself how your child is growing, his strengths and weakens, Other practice
days you may participate in the creation of success modules, wall mottoes.
You can create club flags, banners, mottoes, buttons, posters, flyers, and
marketing items for the center.
Character, honor, integrity, loyally, preservers,
hard work, self reliance, interpersonal communication skills cannot be imparted
only during the soccer practice. There has to be reinforcement at home every
day. It has to be carried over into the home. You as the parent have the
ultimate authority and the responsibility that can create a successful leader
for the future. You need to teach your child to cope with the world and here's
some things you can do:
 | Actively work to build your child’s self
esteem |
 | Teach your child to ask inner questions
|
 | Keep a child’s success tally |
 | How to communicate interactively with your
child |
 | Use storytelling for teaching your child
|
You as a parent are the key. Dr. Cross says,
"The Eye Of The Parent Builds The Child’s Character".
We believe that so much we want all our parents to
agree to work with their child to that effect. You must be willing to work with
your child. If you are not willing to an active participant in the development
of your child as a winner and a leader, put your child in some other soccer
program that is just about playing the game of soccer.
To create a Soccer Master, our soccer athletes will
have to commit to peak performance at each practice, seek to have peak
performance, and realize that they are practicing for life. If you want to your
child to learn how to win and gain the skills of leadership and you as a parent
are willing to commit yourself to your child’s growth. To keep getting new
ideas, enroll in the Soccer Parents Club Online Forum.
Understand what the role of a parent is. You are a
trustee of another soul. You have been seen as worthy to assist in facilitating
the development of another soul or spirit so that this person can reach his or
her highest potentials. Explore why the child came to you in the first
place.
Some things you can do:
 | Find out how to develop Reward Oriented and
Positive Communication. |
 | Learn how to complete a School Success Chart and
discover together with your child what he or she wants as
rewards. |
