Here we jointly perform an in-depth site evaluation, Environmental Assessment and Prefeasibility Analysis of your project. A Licensed LEEAF Associate in your country may assist with this Analysis. A project joint venture analysis is made and additional Project Participants are chosen by ISAI/LPS. We then proceed to your country to set up a consortium meeting.. We meet first with your group, then set up a consortium meeting to set up offshore corporation to serve as the working corporation for the project.
ISAI Only Sources Funds For Our Own Certified LEEAF Practicioners because we believe that without sustainable development our entire planet is at risk. Once you proceed to the second level and complete it, we will locate the financing for you if your project is viable.

1. Provision For Worker Security, Training And Potentiation
2. Tree Planting As Vital Part Of Business Plan
3. EcoRemediation Component
4. Integrated Pest Management System
5. Release Of Your Worker One Half Day Per Month For A EcoRemediation Or Carbon Emission Project In The Community
6. Women Employee Development Program In Place
7. Utilization Where Possible Of Indigenous Building Materials
8. Set Up Of A nonprofit Organization To Assist Workers With Housing, Clothing And Child Care
9. Development Of A Day Care Center
10. A Waste Water Reclamation System (Duckweed Pond With Aquaculture For Worker)
10. Air Pollution Control With Forest Plantation
11. Use Of Indoor Plants In Offices And Plants For Air Pollution Control Inside Factories
12. Each Project Should Have As An Essential Component The Reduction O F Carbon Emission
13. Certification Level For Carbon Emission Reduction Will Be Based On Number Of Trees Planted And Maintained
14. Certified Firms Will Be Given The Right To Us The ISAI Certification Logo
15. Only Certified Firms Will Receive Financing Assistance.
16. In addition to above, each firm seeking certification must have one member of the firm complete LEEAF Practicioner I Learning Course.
