- You can promote them and reward them so their hunger for status, supply and belonging does not need to be satisfied through drugs and alcohol
- You can reestablish the Authority of the Elders
- You develop healthful activities for your own people
- You provide apprenticeship opportunities for your young people
- You enable your youth to enjoy the new sports adventure activities under your control and with your guidelines in place
- You are enabled to develop community consortiums and building through SATBIs
