I am happy you are interested in joining Atletico Lenca of Honduras. It is dedicated to LigaAmericás Soccer Mastery, Dr. Carol Cross's proprietary training method dedicated to creating World Class soccer players.
We have received many requsts to join our young team, Atletico Lenca. This team has already shown how willing it is to accept players of all races. During the 2004 Torneo Internacional Intibucana, Atletico Lenca mixed with The Abuja Unity Boys Football Club of Nigeria and won every game they played. At that time both were Under 17 teams. Indeed the combination of Atletico Lenca and African players led to a win over an adult team. We are actively seeking African players who will move to Honduras and play with Atletico Lenca.
The future is bright for African players in the Western Hemisphere in Central and South America. You can be a part of this future.
Our goal is to move through the next 15 years, growing in skills, adding more and better players until we are good enough to go to the Intercontinental Cup. To do this will require dedication, persistance, and complete adherence to the rules of the team. There are several ways you can be seen by the owners of Atletico Lenca, Dr. Ramon Dario Argueta, Dr. Marco Antonio Sorto and Dr. Carolyn Maria Cross.

My goal for this team is to produce Soccer Masters, Leaders in the field of football, players who will someday play in and win the Intercontinental Cup. That means players to whom the game is their life. While at Atletico Lenca you are expected to refrain from sexual activity, from drugs, from alcohol. You are expected to sleep 8 hours per night and while there will be fun, it will be clean fun. That means you learn the skills of leadership.
In addition, you are expected to participate in spiritual activities of prayer and meditation. You will participate in goal setting activities where you outline your desired time line for your career. Your progress will be charted against this baseline. You will be given every assistance to be a successful Footballers. ISAI will serve as your professional agent and manager.
If you decide you want to go into the football business, we will teach you how to open your own soccer academy, provide you with training materials and even come to your country and help you get started.
But the key is, are you good enough? Are you willing to follow our training regimes, eat the foods we select for you, do what you need to do to succeed? When you come in, an Individual Performance Plan will be created for you based on your baseline skill level in all parts of the training of a Soccer Master.
To complete this program, become a Soccer Master and be managed by ISAI requires these things:
a) Your body, mind and spirit must all reach their potential;
b) You must always seek peak performance at every practice and game you play in;
c) You have to understand you are training for life and every word you speak, every act you do, every part of your life is training your body, mind and spirit for the rest of your life - that means there are no trivial words or acts - everything you do from the minute you enter our academy must be positive toward becoming a leader in creating world peace through soccer.

By the way, we will be having special guests come and teach from time to time. We are associated with Argentina Juniors, which is an Argentina Team where Diego Maradona played. In addition, we are associated with Atletico of Brazil and their coaches will be coming up. We are also associated with Carlos Valderama of Colombia. Dr. Cross is director of Development of Athletico Esperanzano, a professional team in Honduras which will be playing friendly games against our Atletico Lenca team.
There are many opportunities in this elite program. But you have to be good enough to make it.
If you think you are good enough, send in the application to the La Ceiba Football Academy. You must include a deposit of US$1000 to reserve your place. You will be making a commitment to enter the world of football and make your life in that world.

Applications can be sent by email. However it is more secure to send APPLICATIONS ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT. SENDING APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT BY DHL IS PROBABLY YOUR BEST OPTION.
